  1. Always give value

You need to always give her something of value for her to connect with you. If there is nothing of value you have to provide, chances are she isn’t going to give a damn. We’re not in a fairy tale where where she had some kind of emotion flowing through her that appeared like love-at-first-sight that she is going to follow through. That’s bullshit. That never happens. The one thing I learnt from the PUA game is that she needs to be convinced of something I can do for her that she can’t easily ( and that she would benefit a lot from having ). For this I need to be extremely confident in what I’m offering, and that I’m very good at it. That’s a bold statement. It only works out when I’m truly good at it.

  2. Pick up lines

Collection of some of my favourite pick up lines.

  3. Vulnerability + value = Fast Trust

Mark Manson's book "Attracting Women Through Honesty" suggests that vulnerability is key to building trust quickly. By exposing your unfiltered thoughts and opinions, rather than trying to appear cool or impressive, you can make yourself more interesting and engaging to others.

  4. Get an accountability partner

Having an accountability partner is a shortcut to achieving any goal. With a partner, you can stay motivated and overcome roadblocks, making the activity more fun and leading to continuous growth.

  5. Push pull method

The push pull method involves saying something attractive and immediately following it with a pull, such as "you look really attractive, but you remind me of my bitchy friend."

  6. Track everything

Tracking what you consume is the most critical piece of losing weight. Little did I know that all the calories I was consuming came from the food that I hardly paid attention to.

  7. Dose of Inspiration

A high performing individual is always hungry for growth. A manager’s responsibility is to continuously add value to the team and be an example of consistency and accountability. This is why I started “Dose of Inspiration”. I used the framework of ship30for30 to share new ideas each week, and inspire everyone else to do the same so they find ways to think and operate better.
